Tenzin Jigdal\uff5c\u570b\u5bb6\u897f\u85cf\u7db2\u7d61ITN \u4e3b\u4efb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8207\u8ac7\uff1a\u674e\u8283\u8431\uff5c\u570b\u5bb6\u897f\u85cf\u7db2\u7d61ITN \u6771\u4e9e\u5340\u5c08\u54e1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4eca\u5e74\u662f\u897f\u85cf\u6297\u66b460\u9031\u5e74\u30021959\u5e74\u9054\u8cf4\u5587\u561b\u96e2\u958b\u897f\u85cf\u3001\u6d41\u4ea1\u5370\u5ea6\uff0c\u81f3\u4eca\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u5927\u7d04\u670915\u842c\u7684\u85cf\u4eba\u6d41\u4ea1\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\uff0c\u5883\u5167\u5247\u6709600\u842c\u85cf\u4eba\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u7d71\u6cbb\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u8655\u5883\u4e5f\u8207\u6d41\u4ea1\u7121\u7570\uff1a\u82e5\u897f\u85cf\u7684\u5b97\u6559\u3001\u6587\u5316\u3001\u50b3\u7d71\u88ab\u4e2d\u5171\u7834\u58de\u6b86\u76e1\uff0c\u90a3\u897f\u85cf\u9084\u662f\u897f\u85cf\uff1f\u5bb6\u9084\u662f\u5bb6\u55ce\uff1f\u85cf\u4eba\u53ea\u80fd\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u571f\u5730\u4e0a\u6d41\u4ea1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2019\u5e74\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5834\u4eba\u6b0a\u661f\u671f\u4e09 X LHAKAR\u4e4b\u591c\uff0c\u85cf\u53f0\u9023\u7dda\u975e\u5e38\u9ad8\u8208\u9080\u8acb\u5230\u5e74\u8f15\u4e00\u4ee3\u7684\u897f\u85cf\u904b\u52d5\u8005\u4f86\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u5206\u4eab\u3002Jigdal Tenzin\u76ee\u524d\u5728\u570b\u969b\u897f\u85cf\u7db2\u7d61\uff08International Tibet Network\uff09\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u8ca0\u8cac\u5354\u8abf\u548c\u7d44\u7e54ITN\u548c\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u4e32\u9023\uff0c\u4eca\u5e7411\u6708\u4ed6\u4f86\u53f0\u7063\u77ed\u671f\u5b78\u7fd2\u4e2d\u6587\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8d81\u9019\u500b\u6a5f\u6703\u9080\u8acb\u4ed6\u505a\u5206\u4eab\u3002\u4ed6\u6703\u5206\u4eab\u81ea\u8eab\u5c0d\u897f\u85cf\u904b\u52d5\u76ee\u524d\u56f0\u5883\u7684\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u5b58\u6d3b\u7684\u554f\u984c\u55ce\uff1f\u6216\u8005\u66f4\u52a0\u662f\u8a72\u5bc4\u8a17\u5728\u600e\u9ebc\u6a23\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u4e4b\u4e0b\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u9080\u8acb\u5230\u674e\u8283\u8431\uff0c\u5979\u76ee\u524d\u662f\u517c\u8077\u7684\u570b\u969b\u897f\u85cf\u7db2\u7d61\u6771\u4e9e\u5c08\u54e1\uff0c\u5f9e\u5b78\u751f\u6642\u4ee3\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u4ed6\u5c31\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u897f\u85cf\u81ea\u7531\u904b\u52d5\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u8ad6\u6587\u7684\u984c\u76ee\u662f\u300c\u897f\u85cf\u653f\u6cbb\u72af\u6240\u53d7\u5230\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u8feb\u5bb3\u53ca\u570b\u969b\u4eba\u6b0a\u6551\u63f4\u300d\u3002\u9019\u672c\u8ad6\u6587\u7d55\u5c0d\u6703\u662f\u4e2d\u6587\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\uff0c\u722c\u68b3\u897f\u85cf\u653f\u6cbb\u72af\u53d7\u5230\u4e2d\u570b\u7576\u5c40\u7cfb\u7d71\u6027\u8feb\u5bb3\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u8207\u8108\u7d61\u5f88\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u4e00\u4efd\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u9019\u5834\u8b1b\u5ea7\u5e0c\u671b\u8283\u8431\u9664\u4e86\u80fd\u4ecb\u7d39\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\u7814\u7a76\u5916\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e0c\u671b\u5979\u80fd\u5920\u5f9e\u53f0\u7063\u53c3\u8207\u897f\u85cf\u8b70\u984c\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u51fa\u767c\uff0c\u56de\u61c9Jigdal
