Ashok Sajjanhar\u9032\u884c\u4e3b\u984c\u6f14\u8b1b\uff0c\u4ed6\u7279\u5225\u63d0\u5230\uff0c\u9762\u5c0d\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u5d1b\u8d77\uff0c\u4e9e\u6d32\u5404\u570b\u9664\u4e86\u52a0\u5f37\u5f7c\u6b64\u9593\u5728\u5b98\u65b9\u7684\u6230\u7565\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u4e9e\u6d32\u5404\u570b\u5728\u610f\u8b58\u5f62\u614b\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u9078\u64c7\u4e0a\u61c9\u8207\u4e2d\u570b\u6709\u6240\u5340\u9694\uff0c\u5206\u4eab\u5f7c\u6b64\u6c11\u4e3b\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u771f\u6b63\u4fc3\u9032\u5340\u57df\u7684\u548c\u5e73\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4ed6\u66f4\u4ee5\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u592a\u967d\u82b1\u904b\u52d5\u53ca\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u96e8\u5098\u904b\u52d5\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u5169\u5834\u904b\u52d5\u662f\u5c0d\u6297\u4e2d\u570b\u52e2\u529b\u8fd1\u5e7e\u5e74\u4f86\u6700\u597d\u7684\u548c\u5e73\u5178\u7bc4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u9019\u6b21\u5927\u6703\u7684\u53f0\u7063\u4ee3\u8868\u7531\u897f\u85cf\u53f0\u7063\u4eba\u6b0a\u9023\u7dda Human Rights Network for Tibet and Taiwan\u7684\u7406\u4e8b\u9577\u672d\u897f\u6148\u4ec1Tashi Tsering\u4ee5\u53ca\u7406\u4e8b\u694a\u5b97\u6fa7 \uff08Tsung Li
